At Menzoir, your satisfaction is our top priority.
To make your shopping experience safe and easy, we offer a 7-day Return & Exchange policy from the day you receive your order.
Note: Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to help you exchange your product if:
The item is unused and in the same condition as delivered.
The item is returned in its original Menzoir packaging.
Delivery charges are not refundable for exchanges.
Please include a copy of your Menzoir packing slip or order confirmation email and mention the size or product you want to exchange for.
Note: Product availability may vary. We cannot guarantee that all sizes or items will be in stock at the time of exchange.
Return Policy
You can request a return only if the product delivered to you is damaged.
Returns are accepted only for damaged items received by the customer.
Menzoir will bear the return delivery charges in this case.
Please attach the packing slip or order confirmation email when returning the item.
You can choose either a replacement or a refund.
Product availability for replacement depends on stock.
Order Cancellation
Menzoir reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
The item is out of stock
Price or system error
Card payment declined
The customer does not answer the confirmation call
